TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders of £150 and over are mailed free of charge.
For smaller orders the post and packing charge is:
UK £3.00
Europe £5.00
Rest of World £7.00

RETURNS
Should you be in any way dissatisfied with your purchase all items are fully returnable within 14 days of delivery on condition that they are returned in as new condition. 
Return postage is at the buyer's expense and no payment will be refunded until the item has been received at our address in satisfactory condition.

ORDER CANCELLATION
For items which have not been made to order you have the statutory right, under distance selling regulations, to cancel your order up to 7 days after delivery.  Should you wish to do so we require the item(s) is(are) returned at your expense in as new condition.  
Please note that the vast majority of our current range are made to order so the statutory right to cancel within 7 days does not apply. However, our return policy above offers the same or better rights to return orders after delivery and should you change your mind prior to the order being sent out we are more than happy to cancel and give you a full refund.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to complete and send out orders within 4 weeks.  Very often it is considerably less but does vary depending on demand.

PRIVACY
We guarantee not to give your details to anyone else and do not bombard our customers with SPAM or JUNK MAIL.
Any card details you enter into our payment pages are protected by RBS_WORLDPAY (one of the foremost online payment processors) and are not passed to us.
