Returns are accepted on standard sizes and colours for a period of 14 days after delivery. Custom made garments are non-returnable although we will provide an alteration service (a charge may be made depending on the complexity). Refunds will exclude postage costs and the customer must bear the cost of return postage.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery.  If we receive notice of your cancellation prior to the goods being dispatched you will receive a full refund.  Otherwise the goods must be returned in perfect condition within 7 days of the cancellation. The costs of returning the items are the responsibility of the customer and refunds will exclude the initial postage charge and any costs incurred by us for recovering the items.
